How AWIS group, s. r. o. processes personal data from the audit form, emails and the CARE subscription.

Processing principles

English translation for your information. In case of any discrepancy, the Slovak version applies.

1. Controller

The operator of the T3WEB website and the controller of personal data is AWIS group, s. r. o., Závodská cesta 2945/38, 010 01 Žilina, Slovakia, Company ID 45971943, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, Section Sro, File No. 62487/L. For data protection matters, contact us at office@awis-group.com or on +421 908 414 810. We have not appointed a data protection officer – the GDPR does not require us to.

2. What data we process, why and for how long

  • Audit request and enquiry from the form – name, email, optionally phone, website domain, topic and the content of your message. Purpose: preparing the audit, replying to you and preparing an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Period: for the duration of our communication and at most 2 years from the last message if no contract is concluded. We carry out the audit only on publicly available parts of the website; we do not log in to the administration or the server.
  • Quick website check – the domain you enter in the Website domain field and the result of the check. Our server loads only public parts of the website (the home page, robots.txt and the sitemap) and shows you the result immediately. We keep the domain, time and result of the check for 12 months for statistics and to improve the service, and delete older records on an ongoing basis; so that the same website is not checked repeatedly, we also remember the result for 30 minutes. We do not store your IP address or any other data about you in the list of checks – to protect against abuse, we count checks only by a one-way fingerprint of the IP address, which expires after 10 minutes and is deleted on an ongoing basis (standard server logs are described under Website operation and security). Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing the check, statistics and protecting the website against abuse. If you then submit the form, a summary of the check is part of your request.
  • Contracts, CARE subscription and invoicing – identification, contact and billing data. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations. Period: for the duration of the contract, accounting documents for 10 years from the end of the year, other data until the limitation periods expire.
  • Website operation and security – IP address, time of the request, visited address and browser type in server logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website and protection against abuse. Period: at most 30 days.

3. Cookies and analytics

Without your consent, the website uses only technically necessary storage, for example to remember your choice in the cookie bar. Visitor measurement with Google Analytics 4 starts only after you click Accept. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the website footer; the analytics cookies are then deleted. Google Analytics is provided to us as a processor by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). It stores the cookies _ga and _ga_… for at most 2 years. We keep visit data in Google Analytics for at most 14 months, and Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Our Google Analytics account is linked to our Google Ads account so that we can see how many visits and enquiries came from our ads in Google Search. We do not use this data for ad personalisation or remarketing. Google may also process data in the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Legal basis: your consent. Fonts are loaded from our own server.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Only processors who provide hosting, email, IT, visitor measurement (Google, only with your consent) and accounting for us have access to it, on the basis of a contract under Art. 28 GDPR. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law, and to legal or tax advisers bound by confidentiality. We process data in the EU; transfers outside the European Economic Area are only possible with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to office@awis-group.com – we will handle it free of charge within one month at the latest. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk), or with the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

6. Further information

Providing data is voluntary; without contact details, however, we cannot send you the audit or reply to you. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects. We update these principles from time to time – the current version is always on this page.
